Job summary

Thomson Reuters, in Eagan, Minnesota, is hiring a Materials Management Associate for 1st shift (6:30 am - 2:30 pm). Eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Responsibilities include operating PIVs, unloading/loading trucks, receiving goods, and using SAP/MII ERP and RF equipment to process transactions.

You will also manage inventory, balance bale counts, and participate in safety programs while meeting productivity standards. Overtime and occasional weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2+ years of experience; lift truck experience preferred.
• Experience in shipping/receiving and/or warehouse environment.
• Preference for experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Operate and move materials using a powered industrial vehicle (PIV).
• Unload/load trucks, perform goods receipts, cycle counting and order delivery.
• Use SAP/MII ERP and RF equipment to enter and retrieve material movement data.
• Inventory and organize materials, monitor balers and trim collection, and maintain records.
