Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, MN is seeking a Materials Management Associate for our printing plant. You will perform set-up tasks, monitor equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and document activities in SAP and MII. A $2,500 bonus is available after 90 days in the role.

This position operates on the 3rd shift (10:30 pm–6:30 am) with overtime and weekend flexibility. You should have strong mechanical skills, lean principles, and the ability to read production orders and safety instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher is required.
• Good mechanical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and production orders.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Perform set-up tasks and monitor equipment for quality.
• Document activities in Tier Boards and SAP; manage material usage.
• Troubleshoot product/equipment issues; coordinate with maintenance.
