AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Material Management Manager to oversee Receiving, Shipping and Material Control across the VideoRay Segment.

You will manage clerical and physical tasks for shipping, receiving, storing, tracking and issuing materials, and generate reports for accounting and property control. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in stockroom/inventory/shipping with DoT/ITAR knowledge, ERP/MRP experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, accounting or equivalent.
• 8+ years of related stockroom/inventory/shipping experience or equivalent with education.
• Strong computer skills with office software and inventory control systems.
• Demonstrates problem-solving, analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of DoT and international shipping regulations.
• Familiarity with commercial electronics shipping practices and UPS/DHL/FedEx systems.
• Experience with PO and inventory data in an MRP system and FAA/DoT audits.

Responsabilités

• Master Scheduling: create and maintain the overall schedule of products and orders.
• Production Planning: generate manufacturing orders to support the Master Schedule.
• Inventory Control: pull, receive, stock and issue parts to ensure accuracy of inventory assets.
• Follow cycle count procedures and maintain audit compliance.
• MRP forecasting KPI development and management.
