Job summary

Abbott is seeking an entry-level Materials Management Associate I to support basic materials handling, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and restocking activities at our Madison, WI site. The role operates under close supervision and follows defined procedures to ensure timely material flow for laboratory and production needs.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Pay ranges from $21 to $29.65 per hour, onsite in Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or associate degree in logistics, business, or related field.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with SAP/EWM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations, ensuring accuracy.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, electric jacks, cherry pickers, and other site equipment.
• Restock lab supplies and fulfill internal material requests.
• Logistics data entry and basic inventory transactions in SAP/EWM.
