Diasorin is seeking a skilled Supervisor, Materials & Logistics to lead the receipt, storage, picking, and movement of materials across multiple locations. You will manage logistics associates, coordinate shipments, and ensure accuracy of inventory and documentation in Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or equivalent required
• 5+ Years Experience working in a supply chain role, including planning, purchasing, and/or logistics
• 3+ Years Experience in a receiving, warehouse, parts department, stock room, or shipping function or equivalent work experience
• 1+ Years Experience in leadership role with direct reports preferred
• 1+ Years Experience in a Medical Device, Pharma, or other Healthcare field preferred
• 1+ Years Experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment preferred
• 1+ Years Experience with oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) preferred
• 1+ Years Experience in a GMP and/or FDA regulated environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages logistics associates to perform receiving, put-away, storage, picking, and movement of materials
• Receive shipments from suppliers, customers and field service offices
• Interface with purchasing and accounting on receiving exceptions
• Prepare products for shipment to customers, partners, and field service offices
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations (IATA, EAR, hazmat, customs)
• Generate reports on product availability and shipment status
