Job summary

LifeScience Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, storage and shipping operations, ensuring productivity, safety and SOP compliance. You will supervise warehouse personnel, plan shifts, and resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies with internal and external customers using Tecsys Elite and MQ1 ERP data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years distribution/warehouse management experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in warehousing.
• Pharmaceutical warehousing experience preferred.
• Familiar with temperature controlled warehousing.
• Familiar with FDA and cGMP requirements.
• Demonstrates time management, communication, research, attention to detail and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Warehouse Personnel and warehouse activities to meet productivity goals, operating objectives and SOPs.
• Resourcefully organize day-to-day picking and loading.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies in shipping, receiving or inventory.
• Develop plans and programs for process improvement.
• Coordinate new and current employee training (safety, forklift, SOPs).
• Prepare work schedules and assign shifts, training, breaks and coverage.
