Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and materials management in a cGMP-regulated environment. You will supervise staff, ensure timely material availability, and drive improvements in inventory accuracy and process efficiency.

You will use SAP to track movements, support production schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams with Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a regulated or cGMP setting.
• Strong supervision and staffing experience in warehouse/supply chain.
• Familiarity with SOPs and change controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse and materials operations including receiving, storage, staging, issuance and shipping.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse and materials staff; manage scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Utilize SAP to track inventory, movements, and transactions; conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety standards and audit readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and material flow.
