Job summary

TW Metals, LLC. is hiring a Warehouse Operations Clerk to verify incoming shipments and coordinate with inside sales and transporters. You will tally goods, compare packing slips to POs, and process returns as needed, ensuring accuracy and traceability.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn the Metalware mainframe. Starting between 7am and 8am, you’ll work a full, 8-hour day in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Related industry experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn the Metalware mainframe.

Responsibilities

• Completes accurate tally of goods and services received, incl. weight, destination, and charges.
• Receives incoming materials and verifies packing slip vs PO.
• Traces lost shipments and initiates retrieval of POD documents.
• Partner with inside sales to review and correct order discrepancies.
• Communicates with transport companies to expedite or return non-conforming merchandise.
• Resolves discrepancies on Metalware system or manifest.
• Keeps records of materials received and uploads to Imaging system.
