Amphenol Borisch Technologies seeks a Materials Lead to supervise the materials team and coordinate stockroom activities from inspection to use. You will ensure efficient stockroom operations, promote continuous improvement, and support production readiness with accurate inventory control.

The role requires leadership experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet daily production demands in a manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Proficient math and counting skills for stock checks and cycles.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage stockroom activities and labor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise materials team during daily activities.
• Enforce policies and procedures from handbook and quality docs.
• Allocate labor to meet daily requirements with Material Coordinator.
• Keep stockroom organized for safe, efficient storage and space usage.
• Promote continuous improvement in stockroom and downstream areas.
• Develop and deploy performance measures and lean tools.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through audits and discipline.
• Manage staging to meet production requirements.
• Support BOM Change and Product Containment timely completion.
• Ensure timely return to stock and line requisitions.
• Monitor training and maintain up-to-date records.
• Assist in timesheet accuracy and deadlines.
• Monitor packing materials and requisition supplies.
• Assign labor to priorities; track ship status.
• Train employees on procedures; evaluate performance.
• Interact with departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate issues with shipping and other departments.
• Other tasks as requested.
