Job summary

Gorilla Circuits is seeking a Material Coordinator to oversee procurement flow, maintain material availability, and ensure accurate inventory to support production schedules and on-time customer delivery.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality, and other teams, manage BOMs and POs, track inventory, resolve shortages, and drive improvements in material flow and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in materials, inventory control, or production planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BOM components availability using Excel & Outlook.
• Review production schedules, BOMs, and material requirements to identify needs.
• Monitor material availability to support production and deliveries.
• Identify shortages and communicate constraints to Purchasing, Planning, Production, and Customer.
• Expedite materials and follow up on open purchase orders.
• Verify BOM accuracy and maintain inventory locations.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory corrections.
