Job summary

Prime Controls, a Dallas-based systems integration and I&C construction firm, is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage panel inventory, coordinate material flow, and ensure timely supply for production.

You will work with the Master Scheduler, Warehouse, Production teams, and suppliers to optimize stocking, labeling, and safety compliance, while performing cycle counts and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP/inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality regulations in material handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the control panel inventory and material flow for production.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Work with Master Scheduler and suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Label, store, and handle materials following safety/quality standards.
• Collaborate with logistics and shipping to ensure on-time dispatch.
