Qualifications

• Three or more years in a warehouse with at least one year in supervision.
• Knowledge to monitor materials utilization and track procurement, storage, and disposition.
• Ability to improve stock control processes across locations.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials regulations and ISO 9000.
• Supervisory skills including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency in common business software and math fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises warehouse operations and staff.
• Prioritizes tasks and ensures regulatory compliance while minimizing errors.
• Develops and coaches team; manages performance and training.
• Oversees compliance programs and prepares reports.
• Acts as technical resource for field personnel and issues resolution.
