Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Materials Supervisor to oversee warehouse delivery, receiving, storage and inventory, directing forklift operations and staff. Under broad supervision, you will ensure efficient warehousing, implement processes, monitor compliance with federal regulations, and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This role requires three+ years in a warehouse with supervisory experience, plus familiarity with ISO 9000 and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in a warehouse with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of materials utilization, procurement, storage and disposition.
• Ability to improve stock control processes (central and remote).
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving.
• Basic math, budgeting, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises warehouse work and staff.
• Schedules tasks and ensures compliance with procedures.
• Manages compliance programs and generates reports.
• Acts as technical resource for field personnel and issues.
• Oversees inventory accuracy and warehouse facilities.
