Job summary

Pregis, a leader in the packaging industry, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise material distribution and lead a team of hourly workers. The role requires operating a sit-down forklift, maintaining FIFO inventory, and coordinating inbound/outbound shipping with the logistics team.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of sit-down forklift experience.
3–5+ years of inventory control and process improvement experience.
Prior SAP or similar ERP system knowledge.
3–5+ years MS Office experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

Supervise material distribution with hourly and temporary staff to ensure timely distribution between production and inventory.
Safely drive a forklift to stage material, load/unload trucks, and transfer material within the plant.
Coordinate with Shipping Clerk and Logistics Supervisor to prepare finished stock for outbound shipment.
Ensure inventory is FIFO and properly stored per management directions.
Assist training of material handler employees and communicate issues to management.
