You will lead on-floor operations, supervise staff, perform cycle counts, verify BOMs, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safe, timely shipments while planning for overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in material handling or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Print reading and BOM verification experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to others and represent as a leader on shift
• Operate as Manager when Manager is off floor
• Locate products, complete cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with project management and coordinators to expedite customer requests
• Prepare shipments for unloading or transit
• Inspect inbound/outbound goods and verify paperwork
• Perform ERP-based picking, transfers, and BOM validation
• Scan QR/barcodes and complete pick transactions
• Operate lift equipment as needed
• Overtime and flexible hours as required
