BICO Drilling Tools, Inc. is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Houston to maintain inbound/outbound drilling motors and tools inventory with precision. You will verify inventory accuracy, improve material flow, and collaborate across teams to ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, quality handling of components, and active participation in cycle counts to enhance inventory integrity and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, preferably in oil and gas manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly verify inbound inventory accuracy by cross-referencing BOLs and packing lists.
• Notify Materials Supervisor in absence of Materials Lead with alerts and BOL.
• Collaborate with QA/QC to move inventory to/from inspection areas with no delays.
• Control traffic while loading/unloading trucks and optimize material flow.
• Organize inventory for improved production processes and precise tracking.
• Participate in cycle count processes and recounts.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment and follow safety standards.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of small parts.
