Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferable, but not required.
• General computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Global Shop training in inventory, scheduling and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material needs, usage and work order material costs.
• Maintain raw material inventory records in Global Shop.
• Evaluate raw material requirements for firms and planned orders.
• Coordinate and purchase raw material requirements with Purchasing Manager.
• Track material costs by Work Order and reconcile inventory records.
• Perform physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Allocate and issue raw materials to active work orders.
• Support sales operations with accurate order entry and work order assembly.
• Assist laser department by printing and preparing work orders as needed.
