BICO Drilling Tools, Inc. is seeking a Materials Coordinator to maintain accuracy and efficiency for inbound and outbound drilling motors and tool components. You will verify inventory, optimize material flow, and collaborate with QA/QC and operations to ensure timely processing.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, quality, and a safety-conscious approach while supporting cross-functional teams to maintain smooth warehouse operations and accurate cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, preferably in oil & gas manufacturing.
• Ability to verify inbound inventory accuracy against BOLs and packing lists.
• Comfortable with desk work and hands-on parts handling.
• Willingness for overtime and on-call duty as required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Verify inbound inventory accuracy by cross-referencing BOLs and packing lists.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to move inventory to/from inspection areas to avoid delays.
• Control traffic and manage loading/unloading of trucks to optimize material flow and safety.
• Organize inventory for improved production processes and tracking.
• Participate in cycle counts and recounts to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
