Qualifications

• Knowledge of MAP, MS Word, MS Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of incoming materials.
• Check materials against work order BOM for accuracy.
• Analyze and monitor inventory and work orders.
• Coordinate with sources to support department material requirements.
• Update records of parts and communicate shortages to planning.
• Deliver materials to designated lab personnel for projects.
• Monitor shortages and assist with planning and record retention.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
