Job summary

Smart Delivery Service, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Crystal, MN facility. In this hands-on role, you will help maintain inventory accuracy, move freight, and ensure orders flow on time. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch.

The position requires forklift certification, ability to lift 65 lbs, operate a pallet jack and handheld scanners, and maintain safety standards. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with eligibility for benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required and hands-on experience.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for full shift.
• Experience with pallet jack operation.
• Familiar with handheld scanners.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
• US work authorization is required to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify contents against packing slips/POs.
• Putaway products to correct warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments.
• Scan products to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load and unload trucks and freight.
• Operate a sit-down forklift.
• Sort packages by route, destination, or customer.
• Perform routine inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety-compliant.
