Job summary

CRL a Destaco Company in Red Wing, MN is seeking a Permanent Full Time Material Handler to ensure uninterrupted production flow. The role requires receiving, storing, kitting and delivering materials, plus back-up shipping/receiving duties using Oracle, RF scanning and lean logistics practices.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, 5S, and coordination with Purchasing/Quality to resolve variances. Must have 2+ years in manufacturing and be able to obtain power industrial truck certification.

Qualifications

• Dexterity and basic math skills required.
• Ability to read work orders and labels in English.
• Experience handling inventory and cycle counts preferred.
• Must be able to operate forklifts after certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store materials with accuracy.
• Post goods receipts and resolve variances with Purchasing/Quality.
• Perform put-away, pick, and stage materials per production needs.
• Deliver materials to machine centers and maintain FIFO.
• Support cycle counts and 5S in warehouse areas.
• Operate forklifts per certification and follow safety rules.
