Job summary

Virtua Health seeks a Materials Management Associate for the Stow location. The role involves receiving, storing, preparing, and distributing materials and equipment within the Virtua Service Center, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely order fulfillment.

You will verify incoming product, transport orders, and support periodic inventories while following safety guidelines and operating warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of materials management experience.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and email usage.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking and reading instructions.

Responsibilities

• Verify quantity and quality of incoming product using applicable equipment into computer system.
• Fill, transport and deliver orders to service center designated areas using applicable systems and equipment.
• Maintain and optimize inventories; practice FIFO.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely per manufacturer guidelines.
• Participate in annual physical inventories; process obsolete/dated items as required.
