Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Materials Supervisor to oversee inbound receiving, inspection, line-side presentation, and end-of-line pick/pack/ship.

The role drives continuous improvement in material handling, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting to support production performance. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and has at least two years of materials leadership and team‑leadership experience, plus familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of materials leadership experience.
• 2 years leading teams or organizing tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely material flow within the facility.
• Develop and implement standard processes for efficiency.
• Lead materials staff development through coaching and training.
• Manage daily warehousing operations including cycle counts and storage.
