You will manage receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping, perform cycle counts, and use SAP/Oracle for transactions, while maintaining inventory accuracy. We value detail-oriented team players with 2+ years in material handling, proficiency in ERP/MRP, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in material handling, inventory control, or logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and material transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Check goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records, and reject unsatisfactory items.
• Package and prepare products and merchandise for final shipment and post weights and shipping charges.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality departments to ensure material availability.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation including packing lists and bills of lading.
