Job summary

Generac is seeking a Materials Process Analyst for our Belvidere, IL facility. The role focuses on end-to-end material flow from inbound material to outbound finished goods and distribution, aiming to improve delivery performance and inventory accuracy.

You will leverage SAP and ERP systems, CPIM/CSCP knowledge, and MS Office to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or four-year related experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in material control systems and processes.
• Solid track record in operations, business and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and accurate materials presentation to support material flow.
• Optimize warehousing operations including staging, cycle count, and storage.
• Oversee inventory management and material control accuracy per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality, Purchasing and Production to improve delivery and KPIs.
• Communicate between planning, purchasing and production to boost customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement standard processes to improve production efficiency.
