Job summary

Encore in Schiller Park, IL is seeking a Materials Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize material requirements using ERP systems. This role ensures accurate data flow, material availability, and alignment between procurement and inventory control.

You will collaborate with supply chain, IT/ERP, and finance teams to support efficiency, cost effectiveness, and the development of dashboards and KPIs from ERP data to drive informed business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM/Engineering/Industrial Management/Business.
MBA in SCM or related field desirable.
2+ years in Supply Chain/Purchasing or related areas.
Experience in AV industry preferred.
Strong analytical and Excel data skills.
English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Resolves supply chain issues by coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Expedite overdue POs and rush orders; follow up for timely delivery.
Prepare reports related to overdue PO lines.
Process data in Oracle (PR to PO, PO modifications).
Audit POs processed by others in the procurement team.
Manage ERP data sets and ensure data accuracy.
Develop dashboards and KPIs from ERP data for management.
Support ERP upgrades and integrations with data analysis.
Document data processes and governance standards.
Participate in production order close-out with finance, planning.
