Job summary

Ingenics in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support uninterrupted production by ensuring materials and components are available when needed. You will work across suppliers, planning, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing to monitor material flow and resolve issues that could impact production.

The role requires hands-on coordination in a fast-paced environment with strong Excel/data-analysis skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain, material planning, logistics, production control, purchasing, or manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of inventory management, material requirements, supplier deliveries, and production planning.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and maintaining accurate material and inventory data.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, production requirements, and incoming deliveries to identify shortages and potential production risks.
• Track supplier shipments and coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure materials arrive on time and at the correct location.
• Expedite critical materials and follow up on late, incomplete, or at‑risk deliveries.
• Investigate and help resolve supply chain disruptions, including material shortages, transportation delays, inventory discrepancies, and quality‑related material holds.
• Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers, purchasing, logistics, quality, warehouse, and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain accurate material, shipment, and inventory information within ERP and material planning systems.
