Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Materials Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize material requirements using ERP systems. You will ensure accurate data flow, material availability, and alignment between procurement and inventory control, collaborating with IT/ERP support, supply chain, and finance teams.

You will prepare dashboards and KPIs, audit POs, and drive process improvements while supporting ERP upgrades and integrations in a collaborative, office-based environment in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, industrial management, business, or related field; MBA in SCM desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing or related areas (Capex experience is a plus).
• Experience in AV industry preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of Oracle a plus.
• Language: English.

Responsibilities

• Resolve supply chain issues by coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Expedite overdue POs and rush orders; follow up with suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare reports related to overdue PO lines.
• Process data in Oracle (PR to PO, PO modifications).
• Audit POs processed by others in the procurement team.
• Manage ERP data sets including master data and transactional data; maintain data integrity.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs from ERP and integrated systems to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support ERP upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with data analysis and testing.
