Job summary

Valmont Industries in the United States seeks a Supply Coordinator to establish, manage, and improve material flow across Global Engineered Manufactured Solutions (GEMS). The role executes day-to-day inventory control, purchasing, receiving, staging, and shipping to support fabrication, assembly, and tool and die operations.

You will develop SOPs, coordinate with Engineering and suppliers, and safely operate material handling equipment, contributing to production efficiency and on-time

Qualifications

• High School diploma or associate degree with related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory control in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control processes.
• Own material ordering, supplier coordination, and PO execution.
• Receive, inspect, and verify materials to specifications.
• Coordinate shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
