Job summary

EnergyLink Sourcing LLC is seeking an Expeditor I to support post-award material execution for EPC projects. You will maintain supplier follow-up, track acknowledgments, and ensure schedule visibility from PO acknowledgment through delivery and closeout.

You will work with suppliers, Buyers, engineering, and project teams to keep material commitments aligned with project dates. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and timely escalation where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in expediting, material coordination, purchasing, or related roles.
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems.
• Experience with T&D or EPC projects a plus.
• Strong organization and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain expediting records for Purchase Orders and track milestones.
• Coordinate supplier follow-up on acknowledgments, availability, and delivery dates.
• Update ERP and project tracking systems with accurate status and forecasts.
• Support document expediting by tracking submittals and data.
• Escalate issues related to pricing, scope, or commitments to Buyers.
