Job summary

EnergyLink Sourcing LLC, the centralized supply chain arm of Quanta Services, is hiring an Expeditor I to support post-award material execution for transmission, substation, and distribution EPC projects. You will maintain supplier follow-up and schedule visibility from PO acknowledgment through delivery and closeout.

You will collaborate with suppliers, Buyers, engineering, quality, logistics, project management, construction, and field teams to keep material commitments visible and aligned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 0–2 years in expediting, material coordination, purchasing, logistics, or related roles.
• Basic PO, supplier communication, and order-status understanding.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn ERP systems.
• Exposure to T&D, substations, EPC projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with BOMs, drawings, schedules, and supplier docs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expediting records for POs, supplier contacts, and milestones.
• Track acknowledgments and baseline schedules; identify gaps.
• Follow up on engineering submittals, material availability, and delivery milestones.
• Update ERP and project tracking with accurate dates and statuses.
• Coordinate supplier documents and submittals with internal teams.
• Participate in routine supplier status calls and maintain action logs.
• Escalate risks with clear data and supporting information.
• Coordinate shipments and track ASNs, PODs, and receipts.
