Job summary

Magna Exteriors in Ohio is seeking an ERP/Materials Administrator to support ERP implementation, monitor data integrity, and assist in supplier interfaces. This role works closely with Scheduling and Materials teams to ensure on-time production planning.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s Degree with experience in fast-paced environments, knowledge of MRP and Windows NT, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Regular/full-time employment with opportunities for growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; six years of related experience may substitute.
• Three years experience in a fast-paced environment with scheduling and materials management responsibilities.
• Understanding of MRP and production support systems; ability to manage multiple tasks to timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, documentation and improvement activities of the company’s ERP software.
• Review ERP-generated reports to monitor departmental performance.
• Monitor ERP input and maintain database information accuracy.
• Assist in development and implementation of ERP classes for Norplas team training.
• Learn major duties and assist Scheduling and Materials Administrators during peak periods.
• Establish and maintain EDI interfaces with customers and suppliers for demand scheduling.
