Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 5 years' practice experience, or 9 years' related experience in lieu of degree.
• Master's degree or PhD preferred for advanced opportunities.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on assignments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise or monitor all projects in progress to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with client requirements and company policies.
• Prepare proposals and cost estimates to ensure proper scoping, manpower, and pricing for profitability.
• Oversee staff training, development, performance reviews, and resource utilization within the department.
• Plan for business development activities to identify, develop, win, and execute project opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Lead safety efforts and promote safe work environment; ensure adherence to safety rules and guidelines.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure consistent quality across project and proposal delivery.
