Job summary

QXO is seeking a Project Coordinator to streamline customer projects from order entry to final delivery. You will ensure materials, inventory, scheduling, and delivery align with customer requirements and timelines.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment. Experience in building products a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience supporting orders, projects, or material fulfillment preferred.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects from order to final delivery.
• Process and maintain customer orders in company systems.
• Review project requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor active projects and communicate status updates.
• Support billing and project closeout after orders.
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Dispatch.
