Job summary

CSAT Solutions LP in Houston, TX is seeking a Materials Data Clerk to support warehouse operations and data integrity. You will generate daily reports on shipments and receipts, and enter data in customer portals to ensure accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service and data manipulation, with Excel and strong English skills; WMS experience is preferred. The role is on-site with ISO 9001 compliance responsibility.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and data manipulation; warehouse environment preferred.
Email and written messaging with intermediate Excel knowledge; proficient English required.

Responsibilities

Creates daily reports: shipments to customers, materials receipt, open POs, and variance reports.
Compares materials data between company and customer systems.
Performs data entry of receipts, shipments and inventory adjustments in customer portal.
Tracks warehouse inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Communicates with customers and program managers via email/messaging regarding shipment data.
Assists material handlers and moves materials as needed.
Ensures ISO 9001 and other quality requirements in the department.
