Job summary

CSAT Solutions LP in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Clerk responsible for data entry, material movement, and ensuring accurate records. The role requires basic Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under close supervision in a fast-paced team environment.

You will handle filing, verify incoming quantities, assist during material handling, and help meet ISO 9001 quality requirements, with potential for additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 or more years of data entry experience, preferred.
• Able to use manual moving equipment including pallet jacks, carts, etc.
• Email and written messaging with basic Excel knowledge.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced team environment with close supervision.
• Intermediate English abilities required.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies.
• Excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs data entry electronically; reports daily material movement, purge requests, pre-alert entries, customer web entries, transfers, etc.
• Completes filing of material documents.
• Systematically records the movement of material from order request forms and/or transfer sheets.
• Systematically receives and verifies quantities of incoming materials.
• Performs warehouse duties such as cleaning, sweeping and organizing materials to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assists material handlers and other personnel in the movement of materials.
• Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

CSAT Solutions is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Warehouse Clerk. This position will require the candidate to have some knowledge of computer components.

• Warehouse environment (may not be climate-controlled)


• Lift/carry up to 20 lbs.


• Push/pull up to 50 lbs.
