Job summary

Projects Unlimited Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Quotes Coordinator to forecast material costs, select suppliers, and prepare BOM data per customer specifications.

You will analyze blueprints, gather material requirements, and develop vendor RFQs while utilizing ERP for stock and cost analysis. Collaboration with Program Management, Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Purchasing and/or Quoting or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must interact effectively with peers, management and cross-functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Forecast raw materials cost for assemblies and supplier selection.
• Prepare bill of materials using customer parts lists and specifications.
• Determine raw material requirements from data review.
• Develop requests for proposals to vendors for raw materials.
• Analyze customer statement of work for sub-assemblies and materials.
• Use ERP for stock levels and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with PM, Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality.
