Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in manufacturing, engineering support, estimating or technical quoting.
• Experience in a direct manufacturing environment.
• ERP/MRP system experience.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, schematics and specs.
• Strong analytical skills and cost-driver understanding.
• Ability to balance speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop BOMs to support quoting and production readiness.
• Prepare labor estimates and manufacturing cost models.
• Identify cost drivers in materials, labor, tooling, and processes.
• Support revisions, re-quotes and engineering changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing Engineering, Sourcing and Operations.
