Job summary

ASRC Energy Services, LLC (AES) seeks a Material Coordinator for O&M North Slope Construction to manage procurement, receiving, storage, and distribution to meet project material requirements.

The role coordinates logistics, interfaces with managers and crews, ensures accurate documentation, and upholds safety and corporate guidelines; a high school diploma and five years' procurement/logistics experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years' experience in Materials Procurement and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project specifications and drawings for material takeoffs and substitutions.
• Provide material status report on permanent materials: quantities ordered, received, stored, and outstanding.
• Report daily line haul truck status and consumables to sustain crews.
• Interface with project managers, foremen, and field crews to provide material delivery updates.
• Ensure related project documents are forwarded to the client contact.
• Maintain material sourcing through approved vendors and freight forwarders.
• Receive and inspect materials per project specs and review receiving documents.
• Supervise warehousing and storage per corporate and client requirements.
• File and forward receipts, invoices, and bills of lading to the corporate office for payment.
• Coordinate delivery and receiving of materials to job locations.
• Attend Foremen's meetings to report material status and requests.
• Ensure documents are sent to Document Control (MSDS, tests).
• Enforce safety and material guidelines; support zero-incident culture.
