Job summary

ASRC Energy Services, LLC seeks a Drilling Materials Coordinator to support WNS and Kuparuk drilling rigs with timely, safe material coordination. You will work with the Drilling Materials Specialist and Foreman to meet schedules.

A High School Diploma, NSTC safety training, and a US Driver's License are required; the role demands the ability to work 84 hours per week on a 2x2 rotation and significant drilling-material experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Materials Technician with drilling materials, drilling tools, wellhead, tubular identification, and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong background in coordinating drilling inventories and material movements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of drilling warehouse personnel, expediters, ice road crews, and truck drivers.
• Support drilling operations at WNS and Kuparuk, focusing on site-based rigs and Air Freight Operations.
• Collaborate with drilling teams to meet material needs and schedules.
• Receipt, inspection, stocking, staging, packaging, and delivery of materials.
• Create and manage material requisitions in SAP.
• Lead scheduled and unscheduled inventory counts and audits.
• Comply with policies and safety culture.
• Assist with counts and audits.
