Job summary

ASRC Energy Services, LLC is seeking an Expeditor to execute scheduled field activities related to the delivery of materials and inventory for the project on the North Slope. The role oversees multiple facets of field logistics to maximize production and efficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Valid driver's license is required.
3+ years of related work experience in expediting or logistics.

Responsibilities

Take field direction from Client representative.
Contact suppliers, track shipments, and resolve delays or changes.
Ensure prompt delivery of goods and materials throughout the field.
Assist with transportation of people as needed.
Complete and monitor purchase orders as needed.
Report daily on activities completed.
Sort, file, and deliver paperwork to other departments including mail, payroll, and other project documentation and materials.
Operate forklifts, flatbed trucks, and pickups to secure and deliver loads of various sizes to jobsites.
Transport employees as needed.
Provide care and custody of stored materials.
Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.
Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.
Maintain delivery logs and timesheets.
Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed.
