Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.essential.
• Valid U.S. drivers license required.
• NSTC safety training certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in Materials, Logistics, or Project Procurement required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, and NXTGEN required.

Aufgaben

• Use Purchasing and Material Tracking and Scheduling programs.
• Compose emails, attend meetings, and communicate clearly (verbal and written).
• Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Coordinate with Client and company personnel across multiple disciplines.
• Work in the Transportation Management program and manage procurement processes in SAP.
• Generate and expedite purchase orders and manage procurement workflows.
• Maintain and report material sourcing through approved suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Communicate with suppliers and carriers to expedite materials and resolve delays.
• Use NXTGEN and GEP systems in daily tasks.
• Knowledge of Alaska carrier tracking procedures.
• Research contractor data for material availability and issue resolution.
• Comply with company and customer policies and procedures.
• Support zero-incident safety culture and safe work practices.
