Job summary

iNRCORE Group is seeking a skilled Materials Coordinator at our Beltsville, MD facility. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and shipping materials, maintaining precise inventory, and coordinating with Operations, Production, and Purchasing to meet schedules and delivery commitments.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and the ability to work across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials coordination.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue, move, and ship materials while maintaining accurate inventory.
• Support production scheduling by ensuring material availability and timely movement of inventory.
• Work with Purchasing on material requirements, supplier deliveries, and inventory concerns.
• Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts; maintain material traceability.
