Job summary

iNRCORE Group is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Beltsville, MD to manage material flow across shipping, receiving, inventory control, and planning. You will ensure materials are received, stored, tracked, and available to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements.

This role reports to the Plant Supervisor. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong inventory knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work across departments to support operations and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or related coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing support.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials, components, and supplies.
• Package, prepare, and process outbound shipments in accordance with customer and company requirements.
• Generate and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, and carrier records.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, discrepancies, or replenishment needs.
• Coordinate the movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Support production scheduling activities by ensuring material availability and timely movement of inventory.
• Work closely with Purchasing regarding material requirements, supplier deliveries, and inventory concerns.
• Investigate and resolve inventory, shipping, and receiving discrepancies.
