Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Ellendale, ND to receive, verify, organize, and distribute materials for daily production. You will ensure PO conformance, maintain ERP inventory, and support traceability and scheduling with safe forklift operation.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, strict safety, and teamwork in a busy warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and experience with ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow FIFO and proper material handling best practices.
• Experience supporting QA/QC processes, including maintaining material traceability when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Commitment to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and maintaining clean/organized work areas.
• Participation in safety meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Strong attention to detail when receiving, verifying, and tracking materials.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory systems.
• Ability to identify and elevate material shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Label, store, and track materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP or inventory management systems.
• Identify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
• Follow FIFO and proper material handling best practices.
• Support QA/QC efforts by ensuring material traceability when required.
• Safely operate forklifts and related material handling equipment.
