Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a Field Materials Handler to support receiving, stocking, and loading shipments, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate ERP data entry.

You will process incoming products, pick and fill customer orders, perform cycle counts, and maintain safe, organized storage spaces while working onsite. This role requires forklift experience and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in warehouse, shipping, or materials handling; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic data entry skills.
• Strong organization, detail, and time management.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping and receiving administration for truck loads and match purchase orders.
• File requests for materials, tools, or stock items.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Clear and manage the materials queue in Epicor (ERP).
• Ensure warehouse and storage spaces are accessible and safe.
• Pull parts for customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks with materials and supplies.
• Inventory, organize and label items in warehouse or storage spaces.
• Clean work area and remove trash daily.
