Job summary

Allied Personnel Services is seeking a Materials Coordinator for a full-time, temp-to-hire role on 1st shift. You will receive materials, manage ERP transactions, coordinate with suppliers, and support production scheduling in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has shipping/warehouse logistics experience, ERP proficiency, and strong inventory control skills. Forklift experience is preferred, with understanding of freight billing considered a plus. Compensation is $24–$30 per hour, DOE.

• Run cycle counts and other inventory control activities.
• Maintain supplier documentation and records for compliance and audits.

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Materials Coordinator opening! This temp to hire opportunity offers full time, 1st shift hours. Pay is $24.00-30.00/hr based on experience.

Candidates for this role must have a background in shipping, warehouse operations, materials coordination, and logistics in a manufacturing setting. Experience using an ERP is a must.
