Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Field Materials Handler in Fargo, ND, onsite. You will handle receiving, picking, stock management, and loading/unloading trucks to support growing manufacturing operations. Forklift tasks and ERP-driven inventory will be routine.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, order matching, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. A valid forklift credential and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in warehouse, shipping, or materials handling (manufacturing preferred).
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic computer/data entry skills.
• Strong organizational, detail, and time management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping/receiving of truck loads, check in merchandise, and match purchase orders.
• File requests for materials, tools, or stock items.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Clear and manage materials queue in Epicor.
• Ensure warehouse/storage spaces are accessible and safe for employees and customers.
• Pull parts for customer orders.
• Load/unload trucks with materials and supplies.
• Inventory, organize, and label items in warehouse/storage spaces.
• Clean work area and remove trash daily.
