Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Materials Coordinator to receive, verify, and organize materials for production. The role requires maintaining ERP inventory accuracy, strict material traceability, and safe forklift operation to support scheduling and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience following FIFO and material-handling best practices.
• Experience supporting QA/QC processes including material traceability.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and related material-handling equipment.
• Commitment to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and maintaining clean/organized work areas.
• Participation in safety meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Strong attention to detail when receiving, verifying, and tracking materials.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory systems.
• Ability to identify and address shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Label, store, and track materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP or inventory systems.
• Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies and report promptly.
• Follow FIFO and proper material-handling practices.
• Support QA/QC efforts with material traceability when required.
• Safely operate forklifts and related material-handling equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as needed to support operations.
