Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Materials Coordinator I in the Massachusetts area to oversee the accurate movement, tracking, and reporting of raw materials through production. You will collaborate with production to ensure timely material delivery, proper usage, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include replenishment, data entry accuracy, and KPI tracking for waste, stock levels, and material usage, while maintaining SOPs and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or manufacturing, with tracking and reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and track materials to maintain production stock.
• Manage inventory across ERP/WMS platforms with accuracy.
• Validate inbound transfers and reconcile quantities and specs.
• Perform cycle counts and document inventory movements.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain SOPs and records for audits and regulatory checks.
• Monitor KPIs for material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy.
